Obtaining course materials just became easier! Beginning Fall 2024, registered students will be enrolled in the Charter Oak Book Bundle, designed to lower costs and automatically deliver the course materials students need prior to the first day of class.

Important Note:  Financial Aid Book vouchers will no longer be issued after the Summer 2024 semester.

Fall 2024 Term 2 Registration is Open Now

Returning students must receive "clearance" in order to register for coursework. Therefore, if you have not done so already, please contact your academic counselor to begin the course selection process.

  • To ensure the accuracy of your financial aid award, please register for all of your semester classes at one time.
  • The Office of Financial aid will continue to award aid on a rolling basis throughout the award year.
  • All financial aid correspondence will be emailed to your Charter Oak email account.

Free Application For Federal Student Aid

In order to be considered for financial aid, students must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

  • Pro Tip: Charter Oak's six-digit federal school code is 032343.
  • The 24-25 FAFSA is currently available for students to complete. Complete the 24-25 FAFSA if you are enrolling in fall '24, spring '25, or summer '25 classes.
